• To all committee chairmen,

   

  Thank you all for working so hard for the Centralised Selection Scheme.

  You are requested to do the following:

   

  1. Send me a list of all who came to the interviews (the contact list)
  2. Prepare agenda for the 1^st ordinary meeting of your committee

  The meeting MUST be arranged before 9 Nov.

  3. Give me a name of F4 who is sociable, has good communication skills and leadership,

  (handsome), who can go to GOL.

  5. 2^nd Ordinary meeting of SA will be held on 12:30 in Headquarter.

  We shall discuss the renovation of SA headquarter (lockers, keys, computers, etc) and we will also decide who will become our ex-co. Please spend these 2 nights to think about each and every single interviewee who went to the interviews.

  Please prepare your Drafted Annual Budget and Annual Plan, and all the interview slips on the meeting.

   

   

  6.      The names of the successful candidates will be shown in notice boards on 1 Nov. So all of   you MUST finalize the names on Monday afternoon and send to me lhshek@yahoo.com.hk or through MSN. As we mentioned on the 1^st Ordinary meeting, we will send them letters to congratulate them. Please make sure your list has no mistakes.
