• I issued three warning letters to three member today.
  they've been missing out the first two meetings for Recreation Committee
  which means 2 consecutive times so I had to do something!
  Thus the "letter" was born!

  and President Jacky said the whole SA should use this "letter" system so here's a sample of the letter.

  Re: Concerning the absence from compulsory meetings

   

   

  It has been noted that you have been absent from committee meetings for two consecutive times without prior notice to me or other committee members.

   

   

  This has questioned your commitment to the committee and if you are absent for 3 consecutive times, your rights to the position in the Recreation Committee will be forfeited automatically.

   

   

  I hope by this letter it will serve as a warning for your attendance in meetings.
